Elections will take place across England and Wales on 15 November 2012, to elect new Police & Crime Commissioners for each police force area (excluding London). PoliceElections.com provides an independent guide to the Police & Crime Commissioner (PCC) candidates across England and Wales.
The website offers voters a quick and simple way to find out more about their local police force and compare each of the candidate’s backgrounds and policies. Visitors can search by postcode to find their local candidates, along with links to information about their local police force.
The site is completely non-partisan and designed so that no one party’s candidates receive preferential treatment. All PCC candidates are being invited to submit their profiles to give the public more information. Any who choose to do so will have the freedom to edit their own accounts at any time.
If you are looking for news and commentary by and about individual PCC candidates, along with a discussion forum, why not visit TopoftheCops.com.
